Request:
- requestType is generateFileToken
- secretPhrase (S) is the passphrase of the account generating the token
- privateKey (S) is the privateKey (hex) of the derived account (HD wallet, refer to: Getting the private key from the derived account)
- file is the path to the file to be signed
- sharedPieceAccount and n sharedPiece can be used (refer to: Secret Sharing
