Currencies in the Ardor Monetary System are a special kind of asset with properties and exchange methods suitable for currencies. With respect to quantities, exchange rates and decimal places, the Monetary System API calls use amountNQT, QNT and priceNQTPer(Share, Coin, Unit, etc.) in exactly the same way as assets.
