On Windows, run the Ardor server from the desktop icon or by executing Ardor.exe installed in the installation root folder.
In response, an Ardor icon will show up in the system tray and the following folders will be created in the user profile folder, typically under c:\users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Ardor:
