  1. Do not allow the number of unconfirmed transactions in memory to exceed this
  2. value. If exceeded, the same transaction ordering as when choosing which
  3. transactions to include in a forged block is used to decide which to keep in
  4. the unconfirmed pool.
  5. Set to 0 or negative for no limit.
