Cancel an existing coin exchange order. POST only.
Request: Refer to Create Transaction Request for common parameters.
- requestType is cancelCoinExchange
- chain the chain that will be used for the operation
- order is the order ID or entity of the order being canceled

- chain is the chain related to coin exchange operation
- exchange is the chain to exchange coins
